This course is suitable for movement and meditation artists of all kinds seeking to more deeply ground their energy into the earth. And to pack the earth's chi (qi) into their human body. Opera singers, martial artists, dancers, therapists, meditators, yoga practitioners, people seeking healing - all have found these practices to be of immense value.

Come learn powerful internal and external Qigong (Chi Kung) practices for use in martial arts, healing, and meditation. Iron Shirt develops a flexible, yet very firm body, strengthening the tendons, ligaments, and muscles and fascia. Originally developed for martial artists to withstand body blows, it has been evolved for strengthening the immune system and whole body integrity.

Bone Marrow Nei Kung cleanses the marrow and uses internal power to improve the blood quality and sexual energy. Both create extraordinary health, strength, and vitality.

The bone marrow work is the fastest way to heal almost any chronic illness. Much of the stem cell research being done today suggests that the ancient Taoists knew about the healing power of the undifferentiated bone marrow before it specializes itself and becomes heart, muscle, brain cells, etc.

The advanced levels of bone beating, spiralling, and compression are taught. Senior Instructor Marie Favorito will be the main teacher for this retreat. Michael Winn will come in only to teach the "chi weight lifting" method for men to connect their sexual energy and organs to their bone marrow.

Marie will teach the women how to effectively use the jade egg in strengthening their womb and sexual organs, which helps to regulate hormonal imbalances, PMS, and lack of emotional grounding that is common today.

Fusion I practice will be included to help balance and clear emotions. Bone beating and chi weight lifting equipment is available at the retreat. Prereq: Qigong (Chi Kung) Fundamentals.
