The Healing Tao summer retreats has a fabulous location! "Dao Mountain" is in the Catskills Mtns, near Walker Valley, NY, only 90 minutes from New York City, an easy bus ride (5x daily) and close to four NY/NJ airports. (Between Pine Bush & Ellenville, in Middletown area).

Healing Tao USA moved its summer retreat program from Big Indian (in the high Catskills) here in 2001. Since then, the "chi field" of the place has expanded enormously, due to the intense cultivation practices that go on there all summer long. We are confidant that you will find the facility both physically comfortable and energetically supportive of whatever changes you are going through on your life journey, or personal Tao ("Way").

• Every room is hotel quality with full private bath, telephone/internet hookup, TV (we're asking retreatants to please disconnect it!), thermostat for private control of heat and a/c. Rooms are in small private clusters/cottages, most with spectacular mountain or forest views!
• Spa amenities at no extra fee: heated indoor pool, gorgeous outdoor pool with mountain views, sauna, hot tub. Great for relaxing , very healing, good for cultivating your water/kidney chi!
• Four meeting rooms, including a brand new 1500 sf. all glass meeting hall with lovely forest around it.
• 63 acres of hiking trails, a small lake, plenty of room to breathe the chi of nature and unwind during the 3 hour lunch/afternoon retreat break. Other outdoor sports options incude tennis courts.
